How can I change the role of any user on MeritHub?

In order to change the role of any user, follow the below-mentioned steps:

  1. Select the admin console of the organization.

  1. Select the Manage Users option under the Manage and Onboard Users section.

  1. Select the settings option under the user whose role you want to change.

  1. Under the Role and Permissions Section, select the role (Admin, Instructor, Learner or Subscriber) you want to assign to the user and click on the Save option.
